Lose 8 lbs in 2 days!

The side-effect?  Lying on the bathroom floor for those said days, writhing in agony between bouts of vomiting.   Listening to your kiddos crying for Mama (even though Daddy is with them, sometimes it's just not the same...) while you lay abed, writhing. 

Did I mention writhing?  It's been a less-than-fun few days.  Somehow the 8 lbs. just isn't worth it!
