The Party is Over!
...(but Becca will be giggling at me here because it is just barely over and she hasn't even arrived home yet)...and it was a chaotic, frantic, fun, warm and sunny success. Wendy is in heaven (and she is six! Our wonderfully bright girl is so big!).
There were so many kids! We invited a lot (because when you're having a backyard party what's a few more?) and then probably about 5 more neighborhood kids just showed up. It was crazy to say the least. Did I mention we tie-dyed? With about 26 kids?
And it was gleefully fun for them all. And the shirts came out so beautifully! (and no one left with dyed party clothes...except Calvin's blanky is a bit more blue on one corner...). Here's what it looked like before chaos descended:

I can't believe you blogged it so fast!! The boys must have slept well indeed after the morning's fun. Calvin was asleep instantly in the car. Such a fun party, Sarah!! My 3 wore their shirts all afternoon and are sleeping in them now.
